Brief Description::This scope of work included 55,000SF of renovated interior and exterior space. The interior changes included adding new classrooms, renovation of library, offices spaces, restrooms, multipurpose room, cafeteria and the existing laboratories. The scope also included adding modern air-conditioning systems, plumbing, and electrical systems and new culinary kitchen facility with all new kitchen equipment. The finishes included new epoxy floor system, sports floor system, VCT carpet, ceramic tile, acoustic ceiling systems, and lighting throughout. The exterior consisted of new storefront window system, TPO roof system, hardscapes, exterior facade renovation, and the renovation of approximate 10,000 square foot exterior basketball court system.
