Description::This scope of work included 122,000 Square Foot of renovated interior and exterior space. The interior changes included adding new classrooms, lecture hall, renovated restrooms, new elevator, renovated locker rooms, renovated gymnasium, and renovation of the existing aquatic area. The scope also included adding modern air-conditioning systems, plumbing and electrical systems. The exterior consisted of new panel roof system, hardscapes, exterior facade renovation, and the addition of approximate 8,000 Square Foot Entrance into the building.
