Brief Description::This scope of work included a new 13,250 SF visitor center. The building consists of new offices, exhibit hall, restrooms and parking for visitors. The building construction included a combination of loadbearing cmu block, steel frame with standing seam metal roof system. Exterior materials included a combination of manufactured Polished CMU, cement fiber vertical & horizontal siding, aluminum windows, storefront and curtain wall. New plumbing, mechanical and electrical.
