Brief Description::The work consists of interior upfit of approximately 8,000SF of a new building to provide new theater and studio space. The upfit included new mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems along with the installation of all new wall and floor finishes at each area. The finishes included new wood floor system, carpet, ceramic tile, acoustic ceiling systems, and lighting throughout. This scope also included new storefront systems, performance lighting system, theater seating, acoustic ceiling/wall system, pipe grid system, performance curtain system and veneer wood panels as some of the highlights of the interior upfit.
