Description::The work consists of the interior renovation of four floors of an existing building to provide new office and conference space. Renovation included upgrading the existing mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems along with the installation of all new wall and floor finishes at each floor. At the exterior of the building new storefront systems were installed along with renovations to the existing parking lot and entrance of the building.
