Description::The project consists of the construction of an 8,000 Square Feet gymnasium addition to an existing recreation center. The interior included new fire suppression, mechanical, plumbing, and electrical system. Also on the interior new a bathroom facilities, storage room, gym equipment, and basketball court where all added in the addition. The exterior consist of new exterior site lighting, parking lot, hardscapes, and landscaping.. The project scope included masonry wall construction and TPO roof system on metal joist system.
