Description::The project consists of the construction of interior renovations of Cox Hall including two relocated teaching labs from Harrelson Hall. The new lab space is located on the first floor of Cox Hall. The 12,000 SF space in Cox Hall included demolition of the existing office suite and modifications to the interior corridor and mechanical rooms. The renovated space consisted of new male/female toilet rooms, two active labs, storage, lactation room, and other miscellaneous work. The project was extremely fast track to accommodate the staff relocation from other facilities.
