NCDOT Sanford Equipment Shop Addition

Description::The project consists of the construction of a 5,500 Square Feet equipment shop addition and a 1,200 Square Foot office addition to an existing equipment shop in Sanford, NC. The existing building which is approximately 1,800 Square Feet was completely renovated on the interior and exterior. The project include sitework, mechanical, plumbing and electrical scope of work.
