Brief Description::This scope of work included a new 17,310 SF Agricultural Pavilion. The facility houses offices spaces and laboratory spaces for research preparation. Seminar room, multipurpose room, instructional spaces and dining capabilities with a seating capacity for 300 banquet style seating. The structure also has restrooms, a warming kitchen, storage and utility spaces. Parking, landscaping and access to other parts of the Farm considered.
