Brief Description::The project consists of interior and exterior renovations of a two story 13,000SF building including the installation of a new elevator system in an existing building. The 13,000 SF space included complete demolition of the existing floor/interior wall systems with a new wood floor joist/wall framed system and to the interior of the building including a barreled ceiling leading into the lobby and coffer ceiling in the meeting rooms with wood trim throughout. The finishes included new LVT floor system, carpet, sprayed acoustic ceiling systems, projector screens, and chandelier lighting throughout. The renovated space consisted of new male/female toilet rooms, meeting rooms on both levels, bridal room, large hosting rooms at main level, lobby area and office spaces. The exterior consisted of new doors and glass block windows installation along with painting of the exterior building.
