Brief Description::This scope of work included 10,500 SF of renovated and 1,400 SF of new building construction. The renovation scope included general upfit construction, limited selective demolition, site/civil work, site utility work, plumbing, mechanical, controls and electrical work. New construction scope of work consisted of a new 1,400 SF load-bearing masonry building, w/steel roof structure and decking, and PVC membrane roofing system. New mechanical equipment to support a new campus Hot-Water Distribution System serving four (4) existing buildings.
