Brief Description	This scope of work included a new 6,500 SF visitor center. The building consists of new offices, exhibit hall, restrooms and parking for visitors to Pilot Mountain. The building construction included a combination of loadbearing cmu block, steel frame with glulam wood beams, wood stud framing, 3” exposed wood decking and standing seam metal roof system (at exhibit hall area), wood trusses with 30 year architectural asphalt shingles at administration area. Exterior materials included a combination of manufactured stone veneer, cement fiber vertical & horizontal siding, aluminum clad wood casement windows, storefront and curtain wall. New pluming, mechanical and electrical.

Brief Description	The project consists of interior and exterior renovations of a two story 13,000SF building including the installation of a new elevator system in an existing building. The 13,000 SF space included complete demolition of the existing floor/interior wall systems with a new wood floor joist/wall framed system and to the interior of the building including a barreled ceiling leading into the lobby and coffer ceiling in the meeting rooms with wood trim throughout. The finishes included new LVT floor system, carpet, sprayed acoustic ceiling systems, projector screens, and chandelier lighting throughout. The renovated space consisted of new male/female toilet rooms, meeting rooms on both levels, bridal room, large hosting rooms at main level, lobby area and office spaces. The exterior consisted of new doors and glass block windows installation along with painting of the exterior building.
