+ Project Superintendent
Role and Responsibilities
Provide project support to upper level management. Primary duties include:
- Provide daily jobsite direct supervision of vendors & key company personnel
- Ability to contact, schedule & attend project meetings
- Develop resources relationships with owners/architects/representatives
- Ability to read and interpret blueprint drawings
- Ability to make independent decisions & exercise judgment that would be most beneficial for the company
- On-site project visits & evaluations
- Accountability for project successes/failures
- Assist Project Manager with budget control & scheduling
- Attend construction progress meetings/outreach sessions
- Assist Estimator with submittals and bid inquiries
Qualifications and Education Requirements
Associates degree in Construction or related field. At least 5 years’ worth of superintendent experience.
Must provide proof of NC Driver’s License

Roles and Responsibilities
Provide project support to upper level management. Primary duties include:
- Effectively communicate with project owner(s) & trade contractors
- Send, receive, correct & modify project documents/submittals
- On-site project visits & evaluations
- Accountability for project successes/failures
- Budget control & vendor scheduling
- Attend construction progress meetings/outreach sessions
- Blueprint reading
- Perform general clerical duties
Qualifications and Education Requirements
Bachelor Degree in Construction Management/Related Field or 3 Years’ Experience Preferred.
+ Project Estimator
Role and Responsibilities
Provide project support to upper level management. Primary duties include:
- Evaluate bid specifications and drawings to ensure we have a successful bid proposal
- Aggressively follow-up with subcontractors to ensure that bids are received.
- Solicit and maintain positive communication with subcontractors and vendors
- Prepare subcontractor bid packages
- Transmits addenda and other bid information to subcontractors
- Coordinate with bid team to ensure we have proper coverage from subcontractors on bid day
- Effectively submit Request for Information (RFI) & Clarifications to Owners & Architects
- Value Engineering
- Properly turns over bid documents and sub proposal information to Project Management
- Assist Project Management with scope of work, contract award, and pre-construction phases
- Send, receive, correct & modify project documents/submittals
- On-site project visits & evaluations
- Attend construction progress meetings/outreach sessions
Qualifications and Education Requirements
